Shopping? park farther away and get in 2 or 3 minutes... pump those arms
Do 10 minutes of our No Excuse workout DVD .. 3 times during the day
At work? Use the stairs... walk up/down for 5 minutes. Do it morning, lunch and before you leave.
INDULGE.. but not overindulge. Yes treat yourself to a little piece of dessert or a second holiday drink... otherwise you could end up binging and eating it all.
HOLIDAY PARTY ... enjoy. Eat a healthy snack or small meal before you go. Keep a conversation going with friends and colleagues ... away from the food table. Enjoy a holiday cocktail or eggnog, then swtich to flavored seltzer.
