Reverse Dips - sit in a chair, slide off the edge with hands on chair. Lower body & raise to seat-level.
Elevated Push ups use a desk or table with hands on edge, palms open. Lower upper body towards hands and control motion as you push back. Use a 2 count.
Knee Raise to a Shoulder Press - Light weights in hands, raise one leg & raise weights slight above head, control motion as you lower leg and weights to your side.
Upright Rows - Light/medium weights in hands. Arms in front of body, raise hands to above the chin.
